Kaleb Mekonnen
Founder & Managing Member
Kaleb Mekonnen founded ADWA Veteran Facility Services to bring military discipline, accountability, and attention to detail to the commercial cleaning and facility-services industry. His honorable service in the U.S. Army strengthened his ability to lead teams, manage responsibilities, maintain high standards, and complete every mission with professionalism.
Beyond his military service, Kaleb brings a disciplined, standards-driven approach to running the business. He believes in thorough documentation, dependable execution, responsive customer service, and measurable performance — principles that guide how ADWA plans, performs, inspects, and continuously improves its services on every account.
As a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, ADWA Veteran Facility Services will provide dependable janitorial, commercial cleaning, and facility support services to offices, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, property-management companies, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies throughout Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. Planned services include recurring janitorial cleaning, restroom sanitation, floor and carpet care, high-touch surface disinfection, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, pressure washing, and customized facility-support programs.
Kaleb’s goal is to build more than a cleaning company. He is developing a trusted facility-services partner that delivers consistent quality, responsive communication, trained personnel, and direct owner accountability. Every facility will be carefully assessed before a proposal is prepared, and every client will receive a service plan designed around its schedule, operational requirements, and expectations.
The name
Adwa is the Ethiopian town where, in 1896, an outnumbered force turned back a colonial army — a victory that has stood for self-determination ever since.
The crowned lion in our mark comes from that history. It is the standard the company is named for.

Service Contract Act
Federal service contracts are performed under the applicable Service Contract Act wage determination. ADWA prices every federal proposal to the wage determination issued for that solicitation and provides a written quality control plan with each submission.
